With these two sides agreed to a joint agreement, as for the contents of the agreement are:
1. FIRST PARTY / APPLICANT willing to accept and implement the guidance / directives given by the SECOND PARTY to be accepted / passed on the faculties of colleges / CPNS corresponding desired listed on the LETTER OF APPLICATION
2. FIRST PARTY willing to pay the fees / charges to the SECOND PARTY as a money service guidance / direction of Rp. ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .. () And or fees guidance / direction plus the contribution of education / faculty building fees of Rp ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .... () And payment is made no later than 3 days after APPLICANT declared PASSED / RECEIVED by the college / CPNS linked through Internet announcement and the announcement on the location of college / CPNS related
3. After the treaty was agreed / signed by both parties, if the FIRST PARTY / APPLICANT resigned before the results announcement of the college / CPNS related unilaterally, then the FIRST PARTY / APPLICANT willing to pay / reimburse the cost of administration by 50% of the total cost of the guidance contained in article 2 above to the SECOND PARTY.

4. If the FIRST PARTY / APPLICANT resign / cancel the agreement unilaterally with any REASON after APPLICANT (son of the FIRST PARTY) been accepted at college / CPNS linked by the Internet announcement and the announcement on the location of college / CPNS related, then the FIRST PARTY remain willing to pay guidance fee of 100% of the total cost of the guidance has been agreed in article 2 to the SECOND PARTY
5. If the SECOND PARTY fails / can not fulfill the obligation to guide / PETITIONER not accepted in college / CPNS related according listed on LETTER OF APPLICATION, then the SECOND PARTY shall remain guiding / redirecting to another university with the same faculty / CPNS others
6. SECOND PARTY submit / return the original documents are attached to the FIRST PARTY REQUEST LETTER, after the FIRST PARTY to pay fees guidance / direction and guidance services or money / landing plus donations / money building to the SECOND PARTY under article 2
7. If the FIRST PARTY has not completed payments under article 2, the FIRST PARTY is not allowed to do the registration / verification at the college / CPNS related.
Similarly, the letter agreement is made with real without any coercion or pressure from any party that can be used as appropriate and enforceable regulations.
